So on Monday we were talking about my last period — fun stuff, huh?
And I shared with you my two fav ways to deal with the nitty gritty of menstruation.
Then later that day I was on Pinterest (love it over in the fantastical world of Pinterest-land, don’t you?) and I had fun creating a Female Health Pinboard.
Of course I included all my fav things like the Diva Cup… cloth pads… my female health eBook… some artwork and fun quotes… my fav organic perfume… my fav organic soap… chocolate covered strawberries… champagne… all kinds of female-divine-energy-supporting types of things.

Then it hit me — why not share the love? So this is what I came up with:
Pinterest Challenge #1: Girls RULE!
Create your own GIRLS RULE Pinterest board… fill it with all the stuff that makes YOU feel your best… and submit a link to it on my blog in the comments section so I can check it out and enjoy it!
You’ll inspire not only me but other readers too, and give us all kinds of new ideas and fun things to pin… and oh how I do love it over there in my alternate Pinterest universe. Would be glad for the company.
To make it even sweeter, for everyone who creates a Female Health/Glad To Be A Woman/Girls Rule pinboard and includes something from my website – I’ll personally email you a free copy of my Stepping Into Power Female Health eBook for free!
Pin any one of my blog posts, tutorials, health tips, ebooks, artwork… include something from my website or shop that makes you feel empowered… or makes you smile… or does your heart some good… and I’ll email you my 134 page rockin’ awesome, totally female health supporting, absolutely empowering, kick ass female health book right away.
Tell your girlfriends, co-workers, mother, sister, next-door-neighbor… anyone who loves pinterest, and challenge them to create their own GIRLS OWN THE UNIVERSE pinterest board and share it here!

I love this idea! We should ALL celebrate this awesome-ness together!!! I titled mine “Goddess Power” after tossing out “Mama Power” and “Girls Rule”. There’s got to be some kind of word out there that just sums this female energy force up!
