Thoughts On Health: My Number ONE Top Skin Care Tip…

Posted

… plus, if you want to laugh at me with no make up on, here is your chance!  Folks, I never said I look that great… just that my skin does.  ;)

If you want to find out what my #1 favorite skin care product is (except maybe for plain ol’ drinking water!) then watch this video.  In it, I talk about about all natural skin care and I wash my face.  Exciting, don’t you think?

And if that wasn’t enough, watching this video could save you bundles of $$$… because my top recommendation costs less then $5 for an entire year’s supply.  Push aside all those pricey creams that could be doing more damage then good, and take a peek at this:

For more all natural skin care advice, sign up for my very last Health eCourse offered this year:  Skin Happiness… and it’s happening December 5th.

Skin Happiness has been by far my most popular course, but this time around I’m capping the course at 10 participants as I only have 10 goodie bags left in stock! Be sure to sign up right now to reserve your spot, and I’ll ship you a goodie bag full of everything you’ll need to play along with all of my favorite skin care tips.

See you there!  xoxo

Your skin care class and posts have completely changed how I take care of my skin, and now my skin looks great! It is unbelievable how much money I have spent over the years buying chemically-laden products that are actually accelerating aging. And all along, this was all I really needed, and it is so much BETTER! Oh my word. Thank you!

That was excellent. Going to go wash my face right now. I loved it. You should do more of these. It is like reality tv. Very good stuff gal. Thanks.

Love the baking soda scrub idea. Just the other day I was scrutinizing my dull skin in a magnifying mirror, so I will try it tonight! Baking soda is awesome. For the past year I’ve used it exclusively to clean my hair – no shampoo since January! – and it works wonderfully. Right before my shower I mix a tablespoon or so of baking soda in an old bottle with warm water. I work it through my wet hair, scrubbing my scalp gently, then rinse and follow with a natural oil conditioner. Coincidence or not, my hair has stopped thinning and looks great. Plus I love the look on people’s faces when I say I don’t use shampoo on my hair :)
